What Helps Us Give You a Real Number
You do not need measurements or a plan. The three things that move a price most are the height of the back door above the ground, whether a vehicle can get near the work, and whether there is anything there already that has to come out. If you know those, say so; if not, we will look.
It also helps to know what the space is for — a table and chairs, a grill, somewhere shaded to sit in July, a safe surface around a pool. We size a deck from what happens on it, so the use tells us more than a square-footage figure would.
What Happens Next
We come and look at the space, and that visit costs nothing. You then get a written quote that itemises the structure separately from the surface, names the materials rather than describing them vaguely, and states what approvals your address needs and who submits them. If we think a repair makes more sense than the replacement you asked about, the quote will say that too.
